Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your order from Flarrs, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, or exchange if faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to fill out our returns form, which can be found here. Please note - sometimes the returns page order form can take upwards of 30 seconds to load. If this happens please wait a minute or so for it to load and then the text fields will become visible.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
As you are shipping an item worth over £30, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is tracked by Royal Mail or equivalent.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected. If deemed to be in good condition, we will notify you of the approval of refund or otherwise, if appropriate.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your new fleece, please use our returns/exchange portal link. We cannot accept exchanges from anywhere outside of the UK/Republic of Ireland. This includes elsewhere in Europe and USA/Canada.
Please note that our fleeces are released in strictly controlled drops, and as such may be out of stock. In these cases we are able to offer a refund rather than an exchange.
Please note: Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Two codes cannot be used at the same time on any single order.
